Were you "partially circumcised" at birth? I know some parents in the US have opted for a "partial circumcision" for their sons (I saw a few boys done that way and half of the glans was uncovered) but your circumcision must have been extremely minimal.

I'm with @alexboy23. There is no way I can believe this is circumcised. If it is you really got amazingly lucky to have so much skin.
